   Beautiful spot away from the hustle and bustle of San Pedro, right on the shores of Lake Atitlan with views across the lake from your room. Staff were warm and welcoming, rooms are basic but bed is comfy and shower/bathroom great. Good amount of electrical sockets, and being able to wake up, open the curtains and see the sunrise is 10/10. The restaurant upstairs is also lovely.

   We loved everything about our stay! Daniel was able to provide the name of a private driver to get us from the airport to the hotel (take Dramamine if you're car sick in the least). Check in was easy. There are so many beautiful places to sit and relax on balconies and patios. Cafe upstairs did not have non-dairy options, but was convenient. We walked on the beach and kayaked. It close enough to walk to many cafes, bars and food, and far enough away that you feel like you are removed from the busiest parts of town.

   A great experience! We loved the quiet and secluded side of San Pedro and the hospitality of the hotel. You can rent there kayaks and the view from the hotel is amazing! It’s little bit far from the center and the walk to the hotel passes by an awful stench.

   I don't quite understand why this hotel is rated so highly. The restaurant upstairs is incredible but that's a separate entity. The rooms have a damp / toilet smell. The walls have dirt on them. There's 1 small piece of art. The beds were decent. The showers don't have hot water, they have a heating element in the shower head. This means they at most get "warm". A touch more hominess would go a long way in the rooms. It was quiet and had great lake views. However I wouldnt stay again just for that.

   Great views all around and really great restaurant. The rooms facing the lake are lovely. They also have kayaks available which is a major plus! Just a note: can be pretty buggy, so bring some spray.
