My girlfriend and I had the most amazing time here. We stayed for a week in their co living Airbnb space, and it ended up being our favorite experience on the lake. We took the fermentation class on Saturday, which was incredible, and every Friday they host a pizza night with live music. We also bought their kombucha almost every day because it was honestly that good! Michelle and Guy were the most amazing hosts. Michelle made fresh bread and cookies every day, along with the most unreal peanut butter, all just downstairs from where we stayed. We also met the most amazing people while we were there, which made the experience even better. It was nearly perfect. Highly recommend!!!

What a gem 🥹, we stayed at the Airbnb space and I think this is the best lodging in tzununa! We felt right at home during our stay. Also the WiFi is really good! And that is so important for us working remote. Also best kombucha and probiotic workshop led by michelle. She is so knowledgeable and sweet.

I took the Saturday wild fermentation course with Michelle at Love Probiotics in Tzununa and it was absolutely amazing! As a complete novice, I learned so much in just four hours--from making ginger beer and sourdough to sauerkraut and raw vinegar. Michelle is such a knowledgeable and passionate teacher, and the hands-on experience made it all so approachable and fun. It was the perfect way to spend my day in Tzununa, and I even got to take home a bunch of delicious, healthy goodies to enjoy during my stay. Highly recommend to anyone curious about fermentation or just looking for a unique, nourishing experience!

This is my favorite place to visit in Tzununa, and I keep coming back. I've tried the pizza, the sourdough bread, the sauerkraut, the Bliss Balls and the ginger beer. Everything was excellent quality, and very fairly priced. Pizza is only on Fridays, and it's pretty good. The sauerkraut (I'm convinced) solved all my gut problems from traveling and tastes great too. The outside sitting area is very nice, and everyone is welcome here.

I bought a loaf of gf sourdough bread& its not cooked all the way. It’s very doughy. Resulting only being able to eat the edges. Also the day before I bought a soursop kumbucha and when I opened it to take a sip, it exploded. Half of it landed on the ground in the shop. No I didn’t shake it, only calmly took it out of the fridge. So after 2 bad days in a row and a waste of $8, I have no plans on returning. I highly recommend some other places that are nearby in San Marcos!!
