Algunas notas prácticas para reservar en los lugares de gama alta:
- La mayoría de los lugares de alta cocina están dentro de hoteles. Casa Palopó, Casa del Mundo, Hotel Primavera (Chez Alex), Posada de Santiago, Bambu Lake Lodge: todos vinculados a un alojamiento. Los no huéspedes generalmente pueden cenar, pero siempre llama con anticipación, especialmente para la cena.
- Reservas: WhatsApp primero. La mayoría de restaurantes del lago usan WhatsApp para reservas en lugar de correo electrónico o reserva en línea. Los números de teléfono de las tarjetas anteriores generalmente están habilitados para WhatsApp.
- El acceso en lancha importa. Casa del Mundo (Jaibalito), Casa Palopó (Santa Catarina) y varios restaurantes frente al lago de Santa Cruz se llegan mejor por lancha que por carretera. Coordina con el restaurante: algunos tienen lanchas privadas, otros esperan que uses la lancha pública.
