Stayed for 3 weeks in April. Beautiful structure, amazing views AMAZING FOOD. Both the staff and the guests were spectacular, and had some of the best conversations of my life. Staff only speaks Spanish, so come with a bit of vocabulary. There are plenty of hikes around the area, and great proximity to San Marcos by boat or Tuk Tuk.

We stayed at the Bamboo House which is owned by the same people. One afternoon we walked up the dirt road to the farm. Goats, ducks and chickens. Some people go to learn sustainable building etc on the farm. There are local people who live further up the hills who carry everything they need up this roadway.

We got to experience a beautiful tour of the property and got so many wisdom bombs about chickens dropped on us.

I attended a one week natural building course. I had a very enjoyable experience. The instructor, Oliver Goshey, was top-notch and very engaging. The food is excellent and the accommodations are very comfortable. I would definitely go back for more education.

I love everything about this place. Chad and his crew are super passionate which shows in their teachings and their work on the farm. I did the Permaculture introduction course, I got so much more out of it then I thought I would. I new passion has been ignited within me. So excited 😃
